My Approach
Real estate decisions influence more than finances. They affect daily routines, stress levels, family relationships, and long-term flexibility.
I work with a limited number of clients at a time so I can give each person my full attention. That means listening carefully, explaining details plainly, and helping you think through consequences before you commit.
You won’t get pressure.
You won’t get hype.
You will get perspective.
The goal isn’t speed. It’s confidence.

Professional Designations

Home Finance Resource (HFR)
Advanced understanding of mortgage structures and financing strategies, helpful when weighing loan options or evaluating affordability.
Smart Home Specialist
Knowledge of home technologies that support convenience, efficiency, and long-term usability.
Credentials matter. Judgment matters more.

Background and Perspective
Before entering real estate, I spent more than four decades in public education — as a classroom teacher, school administrator, and district technology director.
Education requires patience, clarity, and the ability to explain complex information in ways that make sense. Those same skills carry directly into real estate.
Throughout my career, the constant was helping people make informed decisions during important transitions. Real estate is no different. The context changes — the responsibility doesn’t.
Different field. Same responsibility: helping people think clearly during important transitions.

A Simple Commitment
If we work together, you can expect straightforward guidance, steady communication, and respect for your goals.
I’m available to talk through the details when you’re ready.
Steady guidance. Clear communication. Respect for your goals.

“Working with Tom to buy our first home was an absolute pleasure. His knowledge of home ownership and the buying process made it easy to weigh the pros and cons of each property we toured. He was responsive, proactive in finding options we hadn’t considered, and consistently thoughtful about our needs. His blend of expertise and kindness truly sets him apart.”

"Tom helped us get into our first house, and he was always a joy to work with. He was always available to help no matter the time of day during negotiations, and he has continued to be there even after we've moved in. We couldn't have asked for a better agent. Thanks Tom!"
